Job Summary:

Description: PC Mall is currently searching for Sales Managers for our SMB division at our new downtown Chicago office, 2 blocks from Union Station! Our SMB division (Small Medium Business) targets growing businesses that are generally between 25-1,000 employees. We are looking for successful Sales Managers who have sound skills as a coach and grasp of the IT Channel. You will be pivotal in building, leading, and executing on short-term and long-term sales plans for success.

Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

•Managing 12-15 Account Executives who work via the phone developing new business customers and maintaining relationships with their current customers selling technology solutions.
•Ensuring that your team follows PC Mall’s daily plans and goals for activity, cold calls, pipeline generation, work ethic, policies, etc.
•Managing your team’s sales pipeline, reporting, forecast, budgets and promotions
•Contacting and visiting your team’s prospects and clients to communicate PC Mall’s value proposition among key decision makers within the organization.
•Coaching and training your team on customer acquisition, customer development, time management, and the PC Mall customer experience.
•Developing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with OEM Partners and distributors.


Required Qualifications:

•Min of 2 + years experience managing 12-15+ employees in a call center environment and working in the IT industry (These are “must” requirements)

•Ability to work in a structured environment, managing reporting, forecasting, call coaching, and have basic IT technical knowledge.

•Bachelors Degree preferred but will consider candidates without a degree and relevant industry experience

•Self Motivated, Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Goal-Oriented, and Success Driven.

•Negotiation and Organizational Skills


Employment Status: Exempt (Base Salary + Commission + Bonus). Sales Managers will be provided a base salary and will be eligible to earn commission and additional incentive based on achieving assigned goals.
