ComputerWorld 2011 Salary Survey (US only)
The ComputerWorld survey does not provide as much information as the other sources, but it is a dynamic webpage rather than a pdf which allows you to create salary estimates based on multiple variables. Only US data.
Robert Half Technology Salary Guide 2012
The Half guide provides the most information on salaries by job specifications and markets. It includes US and Canada data. The site provides local variances so that you can determine how wages in your local market vary from the baseline national figures for the various job categories.
Global Knowledge 2011 IT Skills and Salary Report (Requires Registration)
This report includes some interesting information about job satisfaction and whether IT professionals are seeking to move to different jobs. It also has some good statistics on salaries according to certification. The stats are only for the US, but the data about career satisfaction is also relevant for Canada.
Matrix Resources Atlanta Salary Survey (September 2011)
This survey details what similar organizations in Atlanta are currently paying for technical talent.
