MSemploy was built in collaboration with Microsoft and designed to address the growing skills shortage around implementing and maintaining Microsoft technologies. Our charter with Microsoft is to grow the number of skilled technologist throughout the partner network and create a community of pre-screened specialist.

Our growing database of pre-screened specialist in North America is categorized within our database as Approved-in Target. These individuals register with MSemploy as a result of jobs posted on our job board, recruiting events, training symposiums and searches we do for our clients.

The next level of raising up new talent to meet the growing demands is by selecting candidates within our database of Approved-in-Target and then providing them the training necessary to fill the gaps.
