Currently the highest quality of candidates within the MSemploy database is categorized as Approved-in Target. These individuals possess the experience, skills and certifications to be considered some of the more qualified candidates available. It is from this pool of talent that Superstars are born.

The MSemploy skills development program is designed to create talent where there are shortages. The criteria used to select individuals for this program are experience, professional and technological skills, certifications, personal interaction skills and desired career path. A few of these individuals are selected immediately for available positions with our program partners; however, others are not. The individuals not selected are superstars that MSemploy will place into the workforce.
