MSemploy is a job and career training portal exclusively serving the Microsoft ecosystem. Built in collaboration with Microsoft in 2005, our charter and commitment to Microsoft is to help identify, grow, and place into the workforce Microsoft technologists. Where there is shortage of specific skill sets, we work to fill the gaps by placing candidates into training engagements to develop their competencies. Microsoft markets MSemploy to the Partner network as a valuable resource for finding IT Professionals and Developers. We are now located in 7 countries and growing across North America.
The MSemploy database of Microsoft IT pros and developers is pre-screened. Registered candidates must have experience within the Microsoft ecosystem. The candidates are graded and then placed into one of two categories: Approved or Approved-in-Target. Approved candidates have some experience in a Microsoft discipline while Approved-in-Target have extensive experience and skills.
What does MSemploy deliver?
Services – Portal options including posting jobs, resume access, banner advertising and customized email campaigns to the MSemploy database.
Events – Sponsored by multiple Microsoft partners or exclusive to one company, these niche’ recruiting events are very powerful and deliver an incredibly high recruiting ROI.
Skills – Whether working closely with training partners locally or on a national level, MSemploy is committed to filling the growing demands for Microsoft IT pros and developers. In addition, MSemploy is working closely with Microsoft to develop candidates for emerging technologies.
Select – Our business model organically identifies highly talented and experienced individuals we consider a Select group of individuals. MSemploy is not a staffing company yet we are asked by partners to get involved in the search and placement of candidates for their firms. We are appreciative of the confidence our customers have in us and selectively consider these opportunities based on the Select group of individuals available in our database.
